DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIE THAT MOST PEOPLE GRADUATE “DEBT FREE” - READ THIS REVIEW. The college touts its “cheap” tuition. They claim most can graduate without loans but that is a LIE. Unlike state schools, CUNY has zero merit grants. In other words, they ONLY offer needs-based grants, which you have to be totally poor to get. At other schools, you can get grants based on your grades, meaning that, even if the sticker price is a little higher, you end up paying a lot less than CSI. In other words, most colleges give you two sources of funding: needs and merit grants, while CUNY doesn’t. I did not know this about the school and ended up needing loans because they said I made “too much” money. Apparently, the school also lowballs their total cost of attendance, which hurts your eligibly for Pell, TAP, etc. They also classify you as dependent even if you are not getting funds from family. At most schools it wouldn’t matter since you could get merit scholarships, but CUNY doesn’t offer it. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They deceive you and you will end up with student debt, all for a school that doesn’t even have good networking. CSI and CUNY as a whole do not offe

Got my masters here years ago. They held my sons middle school graduation in 1R. We had to sit on bleachers the entire time, but it was a nice space that made it easy for most parents to view their kids while they walked

This is an amazing college with wonderful professors. I am grateful to be a part of the CSI family. There are many excellent opportunities, and people are very friendly and approachable. I have raised my GPA, received an honor, and also gained a research opportunity. Thank you all.

Beating college, build on huge area. Buildings are pretty far away from each other. It takes too much time to walk from classrooms to library or other classrooms. The staff is low and due to Covid-19 canteen is closed as well. Miscommunication is at peak, along with the teachers and students. Parking is very nicely provided for students to park their cars inside the campus, which is great. Overall about 3 to 4 🌟 stars.

This campus gave me a lot of wealth experience in term of research contributions. I got the scholarship from Thailand’s government. The Computer Science department is very nice. Unforgotten place.
